- Order Processing Time
All orders for our baseball caps are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during new collection launches), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment. - Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of delivery:
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days.
Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local postal service issues.
- Packaging & Protection
To ensure your baseball cap arrives in perfect condition without any creasing or loss of shape, we use dedicated reinforced boxes rather than soft mailers. Each cap is packed with internal support to maintain the crown’s structure during transit. - Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through our website’s “Track Order” page. - Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, our website is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). - Lost or Damaged Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will work swiftly to provide a replacement or a full refund.
